    What forms of payment do you accept?

    You can pay via PayPal and Shopify Credit Card Payments.

    Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.

    If you´d like to pay directly with a credit card, our store is partnered with Shopify Payments. You´ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order. 

    How long does shipping take?

    All prints are produced and shipped in secure tubes from Barcelona, Spain.

    Orders usually ship out within 3-5 days of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending on your location.

    Estimated Average Shipping Times:

    - Europe: 7 Business Days

    - USA& Canada: Up to 10 Business Days

    - Rest of the World: Up to 15 Business Days

    COVID-19 Delays

    Being the holiday season and with slower than usual services around the world due to the current pandemic, there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out most safely and efficiently possible. In the unfortunate event that you haven´t received your package after 15 days, please contact store.shtina@gmail.com and we investigate where your shipment is.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:  ´Katia Shtina Store´ is not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. 

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to tracking information.

    Customers can also log into their account and click on the “Orders” section to find Tracking Details.

    Do International Orders include Duties/Customs Fees?

    International orders may be subject to additional duties or custom fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are unfortunately beyond our control.

    The order total we provide does not include these duties as they are applied and collected by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion. Customs fees are not charged by nor paid to ´Katia Shtina Store´. As a result, we are unable to refund these fees.

    What is your Return Policy?

    I am truly confindent that you will love your print(s). They will uphols the test of time and they will be a statement piece for your home or office. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you´d like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you will have 14 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You will just need to cover the shipping charge. You will need to contact me at store.shtina@gmail.com within that time period.

    The print tube shipping packaging are tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. We will need to have video or photo evidence of the artwork destroyed then recycled in order to process your replacement.

    In order for this to happen, just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to store.shtina@gmail.com 

    We will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print. Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied.
